Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of WayWayKids (waywaykids.com), operated by LC and Sons LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using WayWayKids, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who Can Use WayWayKids

WayWayKids accounts are created and controlled by an adult (the "account holder") on behalf of their family. Kid profiles within an account are managed by the account holder — kids do not create their own accounts or agree to these Terms themselves. If you create an account, you confirm you are an adult with the authority to do so and to supervise your children's use of the service.

Your Account

You sign in with Google — WayWayKids never sees or stores your Google password. You're responsible for anything that happens through your account, so keep access to your Google account secure. You can sign out or delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how).

Free Trial & Subscription

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. Continued access after the trial requires an active paid subscription ($9.99/month, unless a different price is shown to you at checkout), billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

You can cancel anytime from within the app or through Stripe's billing portal. Canceling stops future renewals, but you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for — canceling does not immediately end access, and canceling does not issue a refund for the current period. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.

Content You Create

Some parts of WayWayKids let you create your own content — for example, custom decks or flashcards in Manage, or a kid's nickname and avatar choice. You own that content. By creating it, you give us permission to store, display, and process it as needed to operate the service for your account — we don't use it for anything else, and we don't claim ownership of it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use WayWayKids for anything illegal, or to upload content you don't have the right to share
• Try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service, except where the law explicitly allows it
• Use the service in a way that could harm children other than your own

Our Content & Trademarks

WayWayKids' name, logo, design, and the software itself belong to LC and Sons LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Built-in decks and flashcards we provide (as opposed to content you create yourself) are for your personal, non-commercial use within the service.

Service "As Is"

WayWayKids is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LC and Sons LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WayWayKids. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. You can stop using WayWayKids and delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use WayWayKids after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
